Buenos Aires, November 20 (NA) — Graciela Alfano opened her heart and shared the darkest moment of her life. She spoke of a difficult period when, at the age of 19, she was on the verge of committing murder. According to her, this was related to the sexual abuse she endured as a child. Alfano admitted that for four hours she thought about how to kill her abuser but ultimately abandoned the plan. "Fortunately, I didn't go through with it, because otherwise I would have ended up in prison, and my life would have been different," she stated. She also noted that the worst part for her was not the abuse itself, but the realization that she was trapped in that situation. "The monster is within us," Alfano shared her reflections.
